Offer what the property is worth to you. All offers are put forward to our Vendors and a cover letter is always happily passed on. When your offer is accepted, we’ll agree target dates for exchange and completion, and what the next steps will be. Upon agreement, the property is taken off the market and the legal work commences. No one else will be shown the home, now let's secure it for you.
Where applicable, it's time to book in your surveys. A mortgage valuation and home buyers survey are typically the first booked in. Ordering your local searches and getting surveys booked quickly, saves you weeks if not months.
Conveyancing is the work that needs doing to ensure you’re buying a property free from any legal issues. We are experts Sales Progression, and will support you and liaise with your legal representative. This support and communication is a crucial aspect of our work and ensures a smooth and stress-free process.
When you exchange contacts on the purchase of your new home, you pay your deposit and have a set date for move in day. This is the perfect time to book in the furniture movers!
The remaining funds will now be transferred over to the seller's solicitor and once received (usually around mid-day), the home is officially yours and it's time to collect your keys!
