Provide feedback on how the viewing went and if you would like to make an offer
Complete online application form
View draft copy of tenancy agreement and prescribed information
Sign a holding agreement
Pay holding deposit (1 Weeks Rent)
Chase your employer & Landlord (if applicable) to respond to reference request
Prove your Right to Rent
Sign tenancy agreement and move in inventory
Ensure you've paid the first months rent and remainder of deposit or deposit replacement fee
Collect keys and move in
